About Shaheen
"Your voice matters."
That simple idea has shaped Shaheen Aggarwal's work for over 18 years.
As an educator, storyteller and founder of Speech Matters India, she has worked with children, teachers and adults across India — helping them become more confident, articulate and expressive communicators.
Her work spans classrooms, workshops, teacher training programmes, public talks and the TEDx stage, but her approach remains deeply personal. She believes that communication is not about perfection. It's about helping people think clearly, listen generously, speak honestly and find the confidence to express who they are.
Over the years, Shaheen has built a community of over 70,000 people around these ideas, while continuing to lead small, hands-on sessions where relationships matter as much as results.
Speech Matters is intentionally intimate. Children stay for years. Parents become collaborators. Teachers return to learn again.
Because for Shaheen, teaching communication has never been about creating polished speakers. It's about helping people discover their voice — and trust it.
Curiosity over perfection. Participation over performance. Communication is a skill that can be nurtured in everyone.
What we stand for
